Get well.  Stay well. Live well!

Get Well. Stay Well. Live Well!

If you are like most people you think of personal trainers as folks who make you ache, sweat and bulk up your muscles.

Nothing is further from the truth.

Pain during or after a workout usually indicates that your muscles were taxed beyond what is healthy–and beyond any benefit to fitness or strength.

We do an interview and a full body assessment before designing a fitness plan just for you. It takes about 1.5 hours, is painless, interesting, and very inexpensive to get started. The assessment includes body composition, cardiovascular, and strength assessments.

We will use what you tell us in the interview to create a fitness protocol just for you.

Don’t be surprised if we don’t have you start with exercise equipment. Typically, exercise equipment does not have flexible tension and thus is potentially harmful when you are first getting into a fitness protocol.  In contrast, stretchable bands have flexible tension and allow your body to safely ease into fitness and strengthening.
