Whether you are an active athlete through the week or play sports once in awhile, your body will work to protect you from injury.

Unfortunately, in the process of doing so your body can favor (and overuse) some muscles and soft tissue –actually making it more likely that you will have an injury.

Stretching “tight muscles,” although popular, has been shown to contribute to injuries in people of all ages –and whether they are very active or mostly inactive.

Please ask us to teach you alternative ways to warm up, safely.

We would like to share them with you.

Fitness Training, M.A.T., and other approaches can prepare you for that charity run, bike ride, or walkathon.  Not only will you perform better, you are less likely to have an injury or to cause yourself damage while you are raising money for worthwhile causes.  Even one or two sessions can make a big difference –a difference you can feel.
